Just before the Unitary plan active, this 487 Chapel road was a medium size corner section, developer Grande Meadow Development Limited approach us and to challenge current council district plan (allow 400m2 per site), but we designed for 300m2 per site, which directly leads to houses types design for each sections.
Each houses are about 195 - 205m2 4 bedrooms double garage with open plan kitchen dining and family. They are all nicely done and built by different building contractors.
It is a great experience and pleasure to work with everyone in this project.
